"The Curious Paradox is that when I accept myself just as I am, then I can change"

Still have questions?

Willow Tree Counselling offers a precious grounded space in our city, but we thrive on making our counselling service easily accessible to all.

I offer a free of charge 30 minute telephone assessment before beginning work with any client. During this call we will discuss what brings you and what goals you have. I will talk to you about my training and how I usually work and we can decide whether this is the appropriate option for you. If I feel that I am not the best therapist to work with you on your particular concern then I will make you aware during this call.

Yes, I am able to offer some flexibility to match schedules.

Ideally, weekly therapy offers the best chances for progress to be made. It enables a connection and rapport to be built between client and therapist. There may be occasion where fortnightly therapy may still be appropriate and this can be discussed at the time of assessment or at any point throughout the work.

I qualified with a Diploma in Humanistic (Person Centred) Counselling in 2013. I maintain regular CPD, I am fully insured and I am an Accredited Registered Member for the British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy (BACP). I adhere to their Ethical Framework and guidelines for best practice.

Hand sanitiser is available upon arrival for face to face sessions, along with bottled water. The Willow Pod is deep cleaned on a weekly basis.  Should I develop any symptoms I will lateral flow test prior to seeing any Face to Face or Walk & Talk clients.  I would ask that if you are experiencing symptoms prior to a session, you make contact to discuss further.

For those with concerns about working Face to Face or via Walk & Talk Therapy, I offer telephone or online sessions as an alternative.
